Payumoon App, hereinafter referred to as the “App”, attaches great importance to protect personal information and compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2019 of Thailand. Apps must have duties and responsibilities to protect personal information according to law. App has therefore created this privacy policy to establish guidelines and practices for personal data protection.

The app is not released to the public. Your information only displayed on your device, to let you know your login history. App will retain your personal information for 365 days. If your account is found to be inactive and you do not use the app for more than 365 days, the app will automatically delete your personal information. App will use your personal information for the following purposes. 1). Your email address is in encrypted for use in sign in into the member system. 2). Your IP address, ISP, device brand, model and OS , your device information is in encrypted for let you know your signed in history and send the notifications to your device. 3). Your location information is in encrypted and only visible to you on your device. App is not released your location to the public. App does not share your personal information with anyone without your consent first. However, the app may disclose your personal information to government agencies or officials in the exercise of legal authority. Your personal information will be stored in the data center (Cloud) of the third-party data processing service provider and has servers located both in Thailand and abroad. App will transfer your personal information in encrypted data from the app to external data processing service providers for the benefit of providing services. The app has carefully reviewed and selected the service providers and has an agreement regarding data security measures and data processing scope with the relevant service providers. When you are providing your personal information to the app. You will be deemed to have given your consent to the cross-border data transfer and keeping your personal information in the abroad data center for this policy and privacy.
In the app, you can edit or delete your personal information at any time with your account. However, if you delete your personal information. It may prevent you from receiving services from the app or may prevent you for some services.
