The general terms of use of the Payumoon app in this document (hereinafter referred to as these Terms and Conditions of Use), shall apply generally to everyone (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “user” depending on the context). To use the Payumoon App services and other products (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “services”) which are provided by the Payumoon App (hereinafter referred to as the “app”).
If you have created a user account and member sign in into the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are responsible for all activities under your account. The App is not liable for any damages resulting from your actions or omissions. The App may suspend, disable, or delete your user account (all or any). If app consider that you have violated any of the term and condition of use or your actions are likely to damage the reputation and goodwill of the app. If the app deletes your account for the above reasons.
